Janes United Methodist Church is an African-American Protestant congregation serving the Bedford Stuyvesant Community since 1859. We are comprised of 400 members from the New York area, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North & South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Oklahoma, Panama, Belize, The Bahamas, Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica, Sierra Leone, Liberia, and Togo.
